RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, fill out the Return Request Form below. Please note that dog pass through or other upgrades may not be returnable.
Contact us if you need to cancel your placed order.
Requests to cancel an order already in production may be assessed a restocking and material cost.

For Warranty Requests, please use the RMA form below.
Items for return credit or exchange can not have been altered, damaged, dirty (including dog fur), and are in new and resalable condition.
Cancellations may be subject to charges including credit card processing fees.
Return all parts and hardware and any other included items such as installation instructions or decals.
Free shipping promotions will be assessed actual shipping costs.
Design, Digital Proof, RUSH Production Charges or other Service Charges are not Returnable.
Custom Build Order Sales (products with upgraded materials beyond standard webbing or custom embroidery) are not Eligible for Exchange or Return. These products will still carry out full warranty unless otherwise noted.

Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will be refused. Merchandise must be returned fully prepaid and we suggest insuring against loss or damage.
Shipping and Installation charges are non-refundable.
In no circumstance will liability extend more than the purchase price.
