Thanks for visiting us, Makers of the ORIGINAL Hardcore Duty Cargo Net. The product idea was started in 1999 after a Jeep trip cross country ended up in Moab Utah. Upon coming out from a short break at a diner there, it was discovered that all the topographical maps and a camera were taken from the back floorboard. This was gonna make things more difficult to say the least! A trip to the store for replacements and we decided then and there to come up with a better solution than just "setting things down". We wanted to see what we needed easily and yet provide enough deterrent that a simple "grab and run" wouldn't be so easy. Keeping gear down and occupants safe in event of rollover were major factors. We started by building several nets for ourselves, improving in design and materials each time. Then, folks started asking us where we got these great nets and next thing you know, the garage turned into a workshop and the evenings turned into production time. To all our past customers, a huge thank you for your feedback and support, you have all had a hand in making this the superb product that it is today. Now; 8 years later, we still design our products based upon what you, the enthusiast wants and demands. We don't settle for second best, and we don't think our customers would want to either. We strive for the toughest built, longest lasting product possible. No corners are cut to build the best for you; our pride shows in our attention to detail, highest caliber materials, and perfect fit for your exact vehicle. EQUIPMENT and SHIPPING All products produced or sold by Off Road Concepts LLC. are for off road, show or recreational use specifically. We make no guarantees regarding legality for street or highway uses. Off road or recreational driving carries a certain amount of risk whether or not our products are used in the manner designed or not. The end user assumes any and all risks from using, installing or attempting to install products manufactured by or sold by Off Road Concepts LLC or its affiliates. All specifications and prices are subject to change without notice. Off Road Concepts Nets, Grips and Accessories are not designed as a safety restraint or occupant containment device; follow the vehicle manufacturers recommendations for passengers, animals and cargo in the vehicle. Product purchase is charged upon ordering, not shipping. Shortly after ordering you will be sent a verification email receipt. Check it completely for accuracy as soon as possible and notify us immediately of any errors. During certain times of the year, not every product will be in stock for immediate shipment. Allow 2 to 6 weeks build time unless prior confirmation of "in stock" status was given by contacting us at the email address below. Purchaser must report any shipping damages or shipping carrier lost items immediately to the carrier. We cannot accept liability once the product leaves our facility. Items may ship through a variety of carriers and signature confirmation may or may not be required. Title to product transfers to purchaser as soon as product leaves our facility. Contact us directly for express, international orders or APO addresses, we will be happy to go the extra mile to get our products on your rig, be assured. All custom or special order item sales are final. This includes any item that has been specially modified per the customer’s request, no matter how little the change may be. LIFETIME WARRANTY Off Road Concepts brand name products are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the product from defects in materials and workmanship. No warranty is given on paints, dyes, finishes or coatings. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty, this includes damage sustained from trees, rocks, animals or any other damage caused by equipment failure or malfunction. No coverage is given to products where acids, bleaches, fuel or any corrosive materials have been in contact with product. Any manufacturing warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. Product will be replaced or repaired at our option provided proper Return Authorization process has been met and in no circumstance will liability extend beyond product repair or replacement cost. All claims must be processed from the purchaser’s buying source. We will honor our warranty directly only in cases where purchase was made directly from Off Road Concepts provided proper paperwork is provided. RETURNS A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Off Road Concepts must accompany all returns purchased from Off Road Concepts LLC. and be visible on the outside of the box or the package will be refused. We impose a restocking a fee of 20% on all items returned for credit from Off Road Concepts LLC. unless merchandise is proven to be defective or incorrect product was shipped by us. This does not cover cases of incorrect ordering of wrong size, style or color etc. .Merchandise must be returned pre-paid and insured. All shipping and/or removal/installation charges are non-refundable. We will accept no returns older than 30 days from our shipping date. Items may have not been altered, installed, used in any way, and are in resalable condition in original packaging with any and all accessories, hardware and paperwork included.
