- Verify that you have a matching (mirror image) set
of windows. The nets are designed so that the labels face outward -
toward the lower rear area of the nets. It is easier to remove the
top or windows before installation.
- Install top forward strap across roll bar padding
by depressing buckle and feeding angles strap into and through the buckle.
It may be tight and compressing the padding and pressing the straps ring as
close as possible to facilitate as needed.
(See image 1)
- Install rear upper strap and wrap the bend area
on the rear of the roll bar. Do not tighten the strap yet.
(See image
2)
- Install rear lower strap under the rear seat belt
retractor housing. Pay attention as to not cause any interference with
seat belts movement. Do not tighten this strap yet.
(See image
3)

- For 2-door Wrangler (all years), install the lower forward strap positioning as
low as possible. Do not tighten this strap yet.
-
For 4 door JK Wrangler, locate the two slots in the tub rail, above and
behind the rear door catch. They allow the strap to loop into and out
below and back to the buckle on the window net.
- (OPTIONAL STEP if your Jeep does not have this
opening or it is inaccessible from a duster cover etc.) Install a pair of
the optional footman loop brackets (part FLC on raingler.com if unavailable
locally) in approximate
location as shown. (2 metal screws or bolts, not supplied, are required)
Double check before drilling for proper clearances. Install
the lower forward strap positioning as low as possible. Do not tighten this
strap yet.
(See image 4)

- Pull rear lower strap back across towards the
rear of the vehicle.
(as shown in image 5)

Feed excess web back through buckle opening and wrap and tuck as desired for
a clean look.
- Pull the forward lower buckle as tightly as
possible feeding the excess webbing into the plastic trim and working the
buckle close to the roll bar as possible.
(See images 6 and 7)

- Pull rear upper strap as to center and position
net as desired. It may be necessary to re adjust some buckles from
earlier steps if net does not center as shown in final image 11.

Wrap
and tuck straps as shown and repeat process for other side.
- NOTE: if you need
information on other nets for your Jeep, please visit the other Wrangler
