Lower rear seat backs to make access easier and loosely attach in positions shown in the following image:
Label faces to rear right hand side on 4 door, left hand for 2 door.
Top straps wrap around roll bar parallel to the roof.
Second from top straps wrap around sloping rear roll bar just below seat belt roller mount; keeping free of restrictions to the seat belt strap and soft top brackets. Repeat process for next side strap on 2 door models of all years.
For the 4 door rear position; third from top straps run through the carpet to the inner door catch bracket. Carefully cut a slit just big enough for the buckle to slip under the carpet, wrap the strap through the channel and back into the buckle. Leave loose for the moment. (see following image on showing drivers side from front view showing slit and placement of seat belt strap) If side nets are to be installed, only one strap needs to be anchored to the inner bracket. The second strap may be attached as shown in last image below.

Install lower straps around the black lower seat bar loosely, paying attention to not install as to catch during rear seat back raising and lowering.
Center net by tightening from bottom to top. Slowly raise rear seat back up watching for any binding or excessive tightness and tuck buckles into slits in carpet if not done already. The net will not be perfectly vertical from the side as it follows the contours of the vehicle.

Double check seat belts have free movement and that net is centered and taut to satisfaction. Again raise and lower the seat back slowly watching for any binding and readjust or remount if needed. Your netting should provide many years of use with its quality components and manufacture. The net may be washed in cold water and hung to air dry as needed to clean.
This net will also work in front of the back seat on the 4 door models if separating the cabin area is desired.
