Raingler's Cargo Net systems are very popular on the TJ's that I have seen and since I no longer have my TJ and now a WJ, that extra space needs to be just as safe, since extra gear as well as my two dogs need to be restrained in the rear.

Installation of the Barrier Net is one of the easiest and fasted mods you can do for your rig. We tested out the system with cardboard boxes filled with books while driving on the beach over sand dunes the net worked like a charm.  Typically, you would have all your gear secured with straps, but should something come loose or you forget to tie something down, you will be safe.  Right now it is keeping my 33" Pit Bull Tire from tattooing the back of my head or passengers until the new Trail Ready Tire Carrier is installed.
